Billonet enables billing of customers on an on-demand basis:
While surfing in your site, the user is asked to call the Billonet access number, as instructed in a dialogue box that appears in your website.

Billonet then provides the user a private random pin code, which the user then has to enter over the phone in order to gain access to the requested content.

Charging is made either on a fixed price basis or, as long as the user stays on line, connected to the Billonet number.
How much will it cost for the end user? It is up to you to decide. The user will be notified of the price (fixed or per minute) when accessing this service.
